Zaragoza Mexican Deli-Grocery is not the type of location you would expect on this list but these tacos are made with love. Located inside a small deli on the Lower East Side, this small spot is easy to miss. The microwaved tortillas might have you second guess this establishment but the meat is very flavorful no matter what you order and they deserved a mention.
